To accommodate equipment with Cannon (XLR) type connectors, Accuphase offers these cables with 3-pin Cannon type XLR connectors. In compliance with the BTS standard, pin is connected to the shield.

  • SR series cable features an 8-core multi-hybrid configuration. Center conductor consists of two sets of four different copper wires, including an extra thick 7N (99.99999%) ultra pure copper wire with 0.9 mm diameter.
  • Center conductor dielectric employs polyethylene with low inductivity and high insulation resistance, to reduce stray capacitance between the conductors.
  • Braided outer shield is a dual-shield type combining 192 ultra-fine 0.1 mm diameter soft copper wires with aluminum foil tape. This design reliably shuts out any external noise.
